１．	When applying for a subscription, please provide your car inspection certificate and driving license. Payment can be made by direct debit for long term subscription (more than a year). In such cases, please provide your bank account number and bank seal (Payment will be automatically debited from the following month. Debit will occur on the 3rd -5th of the month).
２．	Subscription may be denied depending on the results of investigation of your credit.
３．	Minimum contract length is one month. In the event of cancellation of a contract before expiration, no refunds will be given．
４．	Payment in cash or by bank transfer is accepted for short term subscriptions (less than a year).
５．	Subscription may be denied due to car model or condition.
６．	We do not accept responsibility for any injury accidents, real-end collisions, and contact accidents or theft, fire, and any other damage occurring in the parking lot．
７．	Entrance regulations are as follows. 　1) Maximum height 210 cm 　2) Maximum width 185 cm 　3) Minimum height 15 cm 　4) Minimum length 500 cm Cars not in compliance with the regulations are not accepted, and a parking certificate will not be issued. Please keep this in mind when making a new contract or changing your vehicle. Fee to issue a parking certificate is ¥ 10,000 (tax included) per car.
８．	A car number recognition system was introduced in July 1, 2002. A contract cannot be concluded for cars whose vehicle number cannot be recognized.
